Description, Instructions, and Tips for MS-Isotope

If your web browser supports Java applets a bar graph of the isotope distribution is also displayed. Server Administrators can customize the appearance of the applet by editing the sp_graph.par.txt file. If your browser claims to support Java but the browser crashes when you run MS-Isotope you should disable Java on your browser settings. The MS-Isotope results page will not then include graphical display of the isotope distribution.
