MS-Tag Simple Instructions

A stripped down MS-Tag input form from the for people who barely know the difference between a b-ion and a y-ion (and are not afraid to admit it). If you don't know the difference between monoisotopic and average masses, please consult your local mass spectrometrist before using this program. Note: This form uses exactly the same MS-Tag program as the other HTML forms, it's just that all of the input parameters are not available.
